Every unique station you work in a country — or a US state, Canadian province or Australian state — gives you 1 influence there.
Most influence controls the territory. Tied? Whoever got there first keeps it.
Own neighbouring territories to grow your empire. Own a whole region (like New England or Scandinavia) for bonus points.
The map resets every Monday 00:00 UTC. Last week's map is kept for bragging rights.
